Following a couple of months taking time out to perfect my downward dog, bond with my new feline friend and like everyone else get used to the “new normal” we find ourselves in, I am super excited to announce I have started my own business operations consultancy company: S Rice Consultancy, specialising in the interiors industry.
What will I be doing?
I will be putting my twelve years’ experience to perfect use by offering both manufacturers and dealers advice on the operational areas of business including project and business processes, systems, supply chain maximisation, project analysis as well as major project and account set up advice with the aim of helping companies gain more time and cost efficiencies and ultimately improve their bottom line.
The current pandemic has challenged us all but has also led us to question the ways in which we work both at personal and company levels and I am looking forward to enabling companies to access the help to implement improvements without the commitment of a full time operations specialist.
I am also delighted to be able to offer mentoring, training and development – something I have been doing informally for a number of years and I am really passionate about being able to help others in our industry achieve their goals.
