I started S Rice Consultancy in 2020 in the midst of the global COVID-19 pandemic which saw many companies take the opportunity to question their ways of working and led to an increased demand for business operational consultancy.

I started in the corporate interiors industry in 2008 as a Project Coordinator following a degree in Politics and Law from Durham University and experience within both business innovation and the public sector. What followed was the realisation that my strengths lay in process, systems and any other vehicle to maximise profit ultimately leading me to the board of Sketch Studios as Operations Director.

 

I am Prince 2 qualified and have experience of working on single projects in excess of £10 million as well as large multi sited and ongoing global corporate accounts.

 

My consultancy approach centers around a straightforward approach of ENGAGEMENT followed by detailed ANALYSIS leading to EFFICIENCY and ultimately delivering businesses both time and financial savings as well as adding to their bottom line.
